Delete your Dungeonlog account

You can request the deletion of your Dungeonlog account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to arthurdungeonlog@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Dungeonlog account, with the subject "Delete account".
2. We will confirm your request and delete your account within 15 business days.

Inside the app, the same process can also be started under Settings → Account → Manage account → Delete account, with no email needed: deletion happens immediately after confirming your password (or your Google account, if that's your sign-in method).

What gets deleted

• Your login (email address and authentication data);
• Your user ID and profile;
• All your tasks, heroes, monsters, streaks and progress;
• Your purchase and subscription status records.

What may be kept

• Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that can no longer identify you;
• Backup copies, removed within 30 days after deletion;
• Records we are required to keep by law (for example, receipts of paid subscriptions, kept for the legally required period).
