Terms of Use — Dungeonlog

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Dungeonlog app ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

Dungeonlog is a productivity app that turns everyday tasks into RPG elements (character, levels, items, battles). Using the app requires signing in (via email and password, or a Google account).

2. Account and user responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account;
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when signing up;
• Using the app for illegal purposes, attempting to bypass or exploit vulnerabilities, or improperly accessing other users' data or the app's infrastructure is prohibited.

3. Your data in the app

The game content (tasks, progress, items, character) is generated by you as you use the app. Handling of that data follows our Privacy Policy.

4. Dungeonlog PRO subscription

The app offers an optional paid plan ("PRO") with additional benefits. The reference prices, in Brazilian Reais (BRL), in effect as of this version are:

• Monthly — R$ 17.90;
• Yearly — R$ 89.90;
• Lifetime — R$ 199.90 (one-time payment).

The app may offer a free trial period before the first charge, as indicated on the subscription screen at the time of purchase. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store (Google Play Billing) and renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled.

Cancellation, plan changes and refunds for purchases made through Google Play follow the Google Play Store's own policies, managed directly through the user's Google account (Play Store > Subscriptions). We do not process payments or refunds directly.

Prices above are subject to change; the amount and currency charged are always the ones shown on the purchase screen at the time of the transaction, within the Google Play Store — Google Play automatically converts the price to each buyer's local currency based on their account's country.

5. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the app available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.

6. Account termination

You may delete your progress data at any time from within the app (Settings > Delete data) or request full deletion of your account by emailing arthurdungeonlog@gmail.com, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

8. Minimum age

Dungeonlog is not directed at children under 13, as also stated in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated within the app. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent version.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
