Privacy Policy — Dungeonlog

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Dungeonlog ("the app", "we") collects, uses and stores user information. By using the app, you agree to the terms described here.

1. Who we are

Dungeonlog is a gamified productivity app, developed and sold by Weberlabs (the seller name shown on Google Play). For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at arthurdungeonlog@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

Using Dungeonlog requires creating an account. We collect:

We do not collect location data, contacts, camera, or microphone. The app does not collect or store payment data (such as card numbers) — PRO plan subscriptions are processed directly by Google Play, which has its own privacy policy.

3. How we use your data

We use the information we collect exclusively to:

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not perform behavioral analytics, and we do not share, sell or rent your information to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Where your data is stored

Your account and progress data are stored on Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), Google's cloud infrastructure service. In addition, a copy of your progress data is saved locally on your device, so the app keeps working even without an internet connection.

5. Sharing with third parties

We use the following third-party services, strictly for the app's technical operation:

We do not use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and we do not show ads.

6. Notifications

The app has technical infrastructure for sending push notifications (via Firebase Cloud Messaging), but this feature is not active in the current version. If it is enabled in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect the collection of the device's notification token.

7. Your rights

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable regulations, you have the right to:

8. Security

We employ the standard security practices provided by Firebase (Google), including secure authentication and encrypted communication (HTTPS) between the app and its servers.

9. Children

Dungeonlog is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children in that age group. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated within the app. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent version.
